力争破局, PW发布UV全新系列芯片

行家说UV了解到,应终端应用的需求,深圳市优紫科技有限公司(韩国PW中国区代理商)于今年推出全新的C系列芯片,C系列芯片是针对终端应用客户需求更高性价比的芯片研发而至,以市场主流波段275nm为切入点,PCD-C10 100mA 25mW, PCD-C15 150mA 40mW, PCD-C35 350mA 80mW, 价格向国内芯片市场学习,逐渐靠拢,寿命稳定性保持不变。

与此同时,代表行业性能持续突破的S系列逐渐量产,在海外市场得到终端客户的认可,最新批量产出的PCD-S50 达到 140-150mW。
加入UV LED群,可添加岑夕(cenxitalk)
另外在波长方面,新增325nm波段和230nm波段,据此,紫外波段已覆盖于230nm, 255nm, 265nm, 275nm, 285nm, 295nm, 308nm, 315nm, 325nm, 330nm, 340nm. 芯片尺寸也全覆盖 10mil, 15mil, 20mil, 22mil, 30mil, 35mil, 40mil, 48mil。
针对去年下半年在美国遇到的韩国国内LED龙头企业提起的专利诉讼,优紫科技总经理王峥表示:“美国市场的专利诉讼费用昂贵,竞争对手选择在销售占比不足10%的美国市场提起诉讼,巨额的诉讼费让像PW这样的创新型小规模企业难以应对。PW已于今年3月28日向美国德克萨斯州东部地方法院提交了无效抗辩书。
